Data controller shall be LEO Pharma, setting out the purpose for the use of any personal information given by you when using our Services.

Data processor shall mean anyone processing Data on behalf of LEO Pharma.

Global Happiness Studies shall mean our Services providing happiness studies within various chronic conditions. This Privacy Policy shall govern the use of any of our services, at present PsoHappy (psoriasis) and Eczema Happiness Study (Eczema).

Personal Data Shall mean any personal data, identifying or relating to an identified natural person any factual or subjective information in recorded form that identifies or could be used to identify an individual.  Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, information such as age, name, address, birth date, email, gender, height, weight and health information depending on what you submit to us through Global Happiness Studies.

Any Personal Data is provided by you on a voluntary basis. LEO Pharma will use service providers (i.e. data processors acting only on instructions from LEO Pharma), some of which may be located outside of the region or country from where you reside, in order to provide technical support, services in the area of maintenance and development of Global Happiness Studies. We may decide to host the data at a LEO Pharma Group company or a service provider acting as a data processor.

Via your use of Global Happiness Studies you understand and hereby accept that your Personal Data will also be transferred to the following independent third parties for processing for the purposes stated below and only in respect of Personal Information relevant for these purposes:

You may contact LEO Pharma at any time to request that we or any third party instructed by us:

  • Provide you with access to your Personal Data in our custody and control.

Further, you can, at any time, withdraw your consent to the Privacy Policy by contacting LEO Pharma without the need to state any reason. In that event, Personal Data related to you will be deleted.

If the Personal Data we, or any third party instructed by us, have about you changes please let us know as soon as possible so that we can keep our records up to date.

Receiving newsletters, relevant information etc.

If you have requested to receive information from us, e.g. newsletters, communications regarding Global Happiness Studies, disease awareness information, surveys and questionnaires and other relevant information about similar services and products etc., and do not wish to receive further information, you can easily opt-out of receiving further information from us by sending an email to the address set out at the end of this Privacy Policy or using the link provided in the newsletter in question.

Information on Minors

Global Happiness Studies is in general not intended for use of Minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person we know is a Minor without prior consent of a parent or guardian.

We are continually improving our methods of communication. As technology evolves, new opportunities may arise for improving Global Happiness Studies by adding new features and functionalities.
